Why isn’t the Clark Analytics site working for me?

From time to time, Clark Analytics may stall in browsers due to security reasons. If you know you have access to the Clark Analytics site, we recommend going here. This will forcibly log you out of your SSO session. You’ll eventually see an ADFS error page, but that’s OK.

Then, go back to Clark Analytics and authenticate through CAS. In a pinch, try using a different web browser or Incognito mode.
